Konto löschen
Du kannst dein Basketeers-Konto jederzeit direkt in der App löschen:
- Öffne Basketeers.
- Tippe auf der Startseite oben rechts auf Einstellungen.
- Scrolle nach unten und tippe auf Konto löschen.
- Bestätige mit Endgültig löschen.
Was wird gelöscht?
- Dein Profil (Name, Profilbild) und deine registrierten Geräte (Push-Tokens) – sofort.
- Deine Mitgliedschaft im Haushalt. Bist du das letzte Mitglied, wird der Haushalt mit allen Listen, Einträgen und Fotos gelöscht.
- Einträge, die du in einem weiterhin bestehenden Haushalt angelegt hast, bleiben für die anderen Mitglieder sichtbar, bis sie abgehakt oder gelöscht werden (abgehakte Einträge werden nach 24 Stunden automatisch gelöscht).
- Absturzberichte (Firebase Crashlytics) werden nach spätestens 90 Tagen gelöscht.
Kein Zugriff mehr auf die App? Schreib uns an privacy@basketeers.app – wir löschen dein Konto dann innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Delete your account
You can delete your Basketeers account at any time directly in the app:
- Open Basketeers.
- On the home screen, tap Settings (top right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete for good.
What gets deleted?
- Your profile (name, profile picture) and your registered devices (push tokens) – immediately.
- Your household membership. If you are the last member, the household with all lists, items and photos is deleted.
- Items you added in a household that continues to exist stay visible to the other members until they are checked off or deleted (checked items are deleted automatically after 24 hours).
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are deleted after 90 days at the latest.
Can't access the app anymore? Email privacy@basketeers.app and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
